Welcome to Spruce.ca
Our original site was derived from Eagle River,
Ontario, a small community in Northwestern Ontario that
dates back to the late 1800's.
The name spruce.ca, better depicts the wilderness in which the Northwestern
Ontario communities are still surrounded by today.

These Northwestern Ontario communities were settled by pioneers who
worked hard to make a living and provide for their families.
Through their efforts and sacrifices in developing
Northwestern Ontario, they have left us with a legacy that
we are proud of
Spruce.ca will carry content that is of interest to residents of Northwestern
Ontario while welcoming our global visitors to share our experiences.
