Citrus
Bowl in Orlando. Seating of about 37,000 set up for the
opening game |

Giant
screen for replays, one on one interviews, game plays
(and some advertising, of course) The empty seats on
both ends were a mystery at first, but became obvious
after game start. |

Game
got underway. Except for a few rule changes (some for
the better) to liven up the game, what we got was real
football |

No
doubt the liveliest part of the game was the XFL Cheerleaders
! (They done more dancing than cheering, but who cares!)
The cool 50 deg F temps had little effect ! |

large screen on the field was put to good use during
the game. Also showed live interviews with players, coaches,
and closeups of plays (and cheerleaders) |

Thanks
Orlando, for the touchdown !! Loud and bright fireworks
exploded with every touchdown. (Only for Orlando). Things
were pretty quiet when Chicago did the same !!! (Also
the empty seats were to prevent anyone from bursting
in flame from the fireworks. Mystery solved) |
