Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup mashed cooked pumpkin (or canned)
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp white sugar
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Beat the first 8 ingredients with a beater.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into pie shell. Bake
until a silver knife can be poked in 1 inch & come out clean.
Bake for 45 - 55 minutes.
